Building Hope Real Estate is proud to continue its partnership with True North Classical Academy, supporting the development of a new campus in Estero, Florida (Lee County). This project marks the next phase of growth for the high-performing charter network as it expands its classical education model to serve more students across South Florida.
Building Hope will serve as Project Manager, overseeing the planning and development of a nearly 75,000-square-foot facility situated on a 40-acre site. Once complete, the campus is expected to serve approximately 800 students, providing a thoughtfully designed environment that supports both academic excellence and community engagement.
The new Estero campus builds on the continued success of True North Classical Academy, a repeat Building Hope partner known for its rigorous, classical liberal arts curriculum. The school network has consistently demonstrated strong academic outcomes and growing demand from families seeking a values-based, content-rich educational model.
The development will include modern classroom spaces, administrative offices, and shared learning environments tailored to support the school’s classical approach to education. The expansive site also provides opportunities for outdoor learning, athletics, and future campus enhancements.
With an estimated project cost of approximately $24.5 million, the project represents a significant investment in educational infrastructure within the region. Building Hope will guide the project from early planning through design and construction, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and long-term operational needs.
The campus is currently in the planning phase, with a target delivery in 2028.
Building Hope is honored to continue working alongside True North Classical Academy to bring high-quality school facilities to growing communities. This project reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to excellent education while developing spaces where students can thrive academically and personally.
