Building Hope Real Estate is proud to support Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship (PHCSE) as it prepares to expand its educational model through the development of Dominus High School in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, region. Serving as Project Manager for the planned $18 million development, Building Hope will help guide a major facility project designed to extend the school's entrepreneurship-focused approach from kindergarten through high school.
For more than a decade, Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship has provided students with an educational experience that places innovation, leadership, and real-world problem-solving at the center of learning. Founded on the belief that every student can develop an entrepreneurial mindset, the school encourages students to become decision-makers, explore their talents, and take ownership of their educational journeys.
Dominus High School is being developed around a distinctive educational model focused on career ownership. Students will have opportunities to explore entrepreneurial pathways in culinary arts, healthcare, education, and technology. By combining academic instruction with industry exploration and practical experiences, the school aims to equip students with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to become innovative thinkers and future leaders.
To support this vision, Building Hope Real Estate will provide project management services for the development of a 32,000-square-foot facility designed to create 288 new student seats. As Project Manager, Building Hope Real Estate will work alongside school leadership and development partners to help coordinate the planning, design, construction, and delivery of the facility. Drawing on its experience supporting charter school developments nationwide, Building Hope will help guide the project through the complexities of facility development while allowing school leaders to remain focused on their students and educational mission.
For Building Hope, the partnership reflects its commitment to helping innovative public charter schools secure facilities that support their long-term vision. By bringing specialized project management expertise to the Dominus expansion, Building Hope is helping Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship take an important step toward providing students with a continuous educational experience centered on entrepreneurship, opportunity, and lifelong success.
