True North Classical Academy, one of Miami’s top-performing charter school networks, is taking a major step forward in its growth trajectory. With a vision to provide a full K–12 classical education to more than 1,200 students, the school is embarking on a transformative campus expansion, and once again, Building Hope is proud to serve as a trusted partner and Project Manager for the endeavor.
This project marks a continuation of Building Hope’s strong partnership with True North, which has consistently ranked among the highest-performing schools in Florida and has been recognized for its rigorous liberal arts curriculum and commitment to civic education. As the school prepares to scale its impact, Building Hope will oversee the delivery of a new three-story, 81,605-square-foot facility designed to meet the needs of a full K–12 student body.

The new facility will be built from the ground up to provide state-of-the-art academic spaces, support services, and community-focused amenities. It reflects the long-term investment in permanence, excellence, and accessibility that True North has committed to since its founding.
With a total project cost of approximately $42.4 million, this significant capital investment is a testament to the school’s continued demand, strategic leadership, and strong academic outcomes. Building Hope is managing every phase of the development from site planning and due diligence to design coordination, permitting, and construction oversight. The project is on track for completion by July 30, 2027, just in time to welcome students for the 2027–28 academic year.
By delivering a purpose-built facility that embodies the school’s classical values and growing enrollment, True North and Building Hope are ensuring that more families in the Miami area have access to an exceptional, tuition-free education rooted in tradition, critical thinking, and civic virtue.
