Building Hope Real Estate is proud to serve as Project Manager for the development of a new School of Science and Technology campus in Richmond, Texas, marking the continued expansion of one of Texas’s leading STEM‑focused charter school networks. This project will bring a purpose‑built K–8 public charter school to the Richmond community, modeled closely after the successful SST New Braunfels campus, with a similar architectural approach, site layout, and program design.
The School of Science and Technology (SST) is a tuition‑free, college‑prep Texas public charter school network dedicated to rigorous, high‑quality education with an emphasis on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) from Pre‑K through 12th grade. SST operates multiple campuses across the Houston area, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi and has earned A and B ratings across its locations from the Texas Education Agency, reflecting its academic strength and student outcomes. .
Building Hope Real Estate’s role as Project Manager includes guiding the project from early due diligence into detailed design, coordinating architect and consultant teams, managing contractor selection, and overseeing construction delivery through completion. This integrated approach helps ensure the campus stays aligned with SST’s educational mission, quality expectations, and schedule goals. At full build‑out, the Richmond campus will serve approximately 750 students and is designed to support the network’s long‑term growth
This new Richmond campus builds on Building Hope’s previous work with the School of Science and Technology, including its role as project manager for SST’s New Braunfels campus development strengthening an ongoing partnership grounded in shared commitment to expanding access to quality public charter education and community‑focused facilities.

The future Richmond facility will be designed to support dynamic, student‑centered learning with flexible STEM labs, collaborative classroom configurations, and supportive spaces that reinforce SST’s college‑preparatory model.
