Building Hope is proud to partner with the King David Community Center (KDCC) as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for King David Towers, a groundbreaking mixed-use development that will redefine community care and intergenerational support in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

This transformative project, spanning 3.45 acres in Norcross, is being spearheaded by KDCC, a trusted nonprofit with over 20 years of service to the region. Once complete, King David Towers will serve as a vibrant, centralized campus designed to meet the evolving needs of thousands of residents each day.

The campus will feature:

  • A state-of-the-art early childhood learning center

  • 700 ADA and Section 8 compliant senior housing units

  • Over 200,000 square feet dedicated to community programming and health services

  • A 1,100-seat community theater and dining hall

  • Integrated wellness spaces and green areas that promote connection and healing

This development will unify KDCC’s operations, which are currently dispersed across five separate locations, into one purpose-built hub serving more than 3,000 clients daily.

Building Hope is providing end-to-end support including project management, capital structuring, entitlement and zoning guidance, design programming, and strategic financing. By phasing construction and utilizing public funding mechanisms such as HUD Section 8 and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements, the project is built for sustainability and scale.

With rezoning complete and 80 percent of the design finalized, King David Towers is poised to become a national model for culturally inclusive, community-centered development. Building Hope is honored to help bring this visionary project to life and advance lasting impact for generations to come.
