Building Hope is thrilled to support the launch of Autism Collier Charter School, Inc., an innovative educational option designed specifically for students on the autism spectrum in Collier County and surrounding areas. With the approval of a $360,000 line of credit, Building Hope Finance is providing critical start-up funding to bring this vision to life.
Opening in Fall 2025, Autism Collier Charter School (ACCS) will welcome 80 students across grades K through 12 in its inaugural year. The school has already reached full enrollment and continues to grow a waitlist, signaling strong community demand. Over the next six years, ACCS plans to expand its services to 300 students, including post-secondary transition programs that equip young adults with the tools to thrive beyond high school.
Founded by Emily Kafle, a trusted former Director of Exceptional Student Education for Collier County Public Schools with more than two decades of experience, ACCS will be rooted in research-based best practices for autism education. The school will share facilities with BridgePrep Academy in Naples, Florida, providing a supportive and accessible environment for students and families from day one.
This partnership highlights Building Hope’s unwavering commitment to advancing high-quality, inclusive charter school options that serve all learners, including those with exceptional needs. We are proud to stand with Autism Collier in making this transformative opportunity a reality and look forward to the life-changing impact it will have across Southwest Florida.
