Building Hope Real Estate (BHRE) is proud to announce its partnership with the School of Science and Technology (SST) to launch Phase II of the SST Willow Creek campus in Texas. This exciting collaboration is a testament to BHRE’s ongoing commitment to supporting high-performing charter schools in expanding their reach and providing quality education to more students.
The $22 million project will create a state-of-the-art, 60,000 square-foot facility designed to accommodate up to 800 students in grades 3 through 8. Slated for completion in August 2026, this new campus will mirror the highly successful SST Schertz campus, renowned for its strong academic performance and STEM-focused curriculum.
“This project embodies Building Hope’s mission to empower charter school leaders with the tools and expertise they need to grow sustainably and fulfill their educational vision,” said Brady Hutchins, BHRE’s project lead for SST Willow Creek. “We’re thrilled to bring this facility to life and continue driving innovation in public education.”
As the project management partner, BHRE will oversee every aspect of planning, design, and construction, ensuring the new facility is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the school’s educational goals.
This development not only expands SST’s footprint but also strengthens the network’s ability to provide high-quality STEM education to students across Texas. It is another example of how Building Hope’s real estate team is creating environments where students can thrive and schools can confidently grow.
Stay tuned as we celebrate continued progress toward the project’s completion in 2026.
