Advocates for students, dedicated to Building Hope’s mission.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create deep educational impacts in the communities we serve as the leader in financing, real estate development, and operational services for schools and communities.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower schools to create sustainable advancements in education by providing unparalleled facility financing, real estate development, and operational services, so that schools can devote more resources to educating students with an emphasis in underserved communities.

Our Board

As a non-profit organization formed for public, charitable purposes and regulated by the Internal Revenue Service, Building Hope operates transparently and regularly discloses our activities and results achieved for the communities we serve. We file a Form 990 federal tax document each year and produce reports that detail information about our mission, impact, finances, operations, and compliance with applicable tax law and regulation. Who does Building Hope support?

What services does Building Hope offer?
We provide an integrated suite of mission-aligned services across financing, real estate development, and school operations. Partners can engage us for a single need or receive end-to-end support that includes capital planning, facility development, and operational capacity-building.
How do we get started?
Simply reach out through our contact form or connect with one of our service teams. We’ll schedule a conversation to learn more about your goals, timeline, and project needs, then recommend the services or funding pathways that best support your vision.
Are grants or funding opportunities available?
Yes. Through our Impact Fund and partnerships, we award annual grants and support to schools advancing student empowerment, innovation, and community engagement. Select schools may also access mission-aligned capital through our financing programs and the Impact Fund, depending on eligibility and project scope. Learn more.
What does Building Hope’s support cost?
Because we are a nonprofit, our financing, development, and operational services are offered at below-market rates. Costs vary based on the type and scale of support, and we provide transparent guidance during the initial consultation, including options like credit enhancements and lease-to-purchase models that reduce long-term financial burden.
